Whether you want to take in the panoramic view of the boats steering towards the close-by marina or decide to retreat to the wooden sunbeds for a small nap is entirely up to you. The wave-shaped wooden sunbeds are formed to imitate the waves of the sea. Depending on the season, the covered terrace is surrounded by green climbing plants, which together with the small lawn patch and many more plants next to the house create a very nature-like ambience. This is the perfect place to start your afternoon in good company and hatch plans for trips to the surrounding area. The large balcony on the upper floor is another great spot to enjoy the sun and fresh air to the fullest.

 The villa  is located in the suburbs "Portals Nous" of Palma- the ideal starting point for various day trips. There is enough sightseeing to do in the island’s capital alone to keep you busy for several days. After a visit to the impressive cathedral, a walk in the harbour and an extensive shopping tour, it is entirely possible that you’d prefer to simply relax at the beach for the rest of the day.
